1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale define the commercial conditions applicable to the subscription and use of the Link service, offered by GO PROTECT to professionals.

3.1 Free Trial Period

Link offers a 30-day free trial period with no commitment and no credit card required.

3.2 Link Pro Subscription

VAT: 20% (French mainland rate).

• Unlimited clients
• Mac ↔ iPhone sync
• Electronic signature
• Automatic Factur-X
• NAS storage
• Priority support

4. Payment

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• SEPA direct debit (for annual subscriptions)
• Bank transfer (on request, for annual contracts)

4.2 Payment Provider

Payments are securely processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified provider.

5. Termination

5.1 By the Client

The Client may cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

5.2 No Refund

In accordance with B2B relationships: no refund for the current period. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.

5.3 Data Recovery

After termination, the Client has 30 days to export their data. After this period, data will be permanently deleted.

6. Warranty

GO PROTECT commits to providing a Service compliant with its description and maintaining 99.5% availability on an annual basis. Technical support is available by email with a 48-hour business day response time.

7. Limitation of Liability

GO PROTECT shall not be liable for indirect damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid by the Client in the 12 months preceding the triggering event.

8. Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Bobigny.
